Decor inspired by the whimsical world of Wes Anderson, every detail of our space has been crafted to ignite curiosity and to make people feel good and have fun. Our upmarket French bistro reimagines timeless French classics with a contemporary twist.
Winter Set Menu
The Wes celebrates bold, seasonal flavours rooted in classic French techniques. Available for lunch or dinner daily, our Winter Set Menu is a collection of French bistro favourites, each crafted with the finest local ingredients and a touch of Cape Town charm.
To start, choose from French onion soup, dripping with rich beef stock, buttery onions, toasted bread and gratineed white cheddar, or a velvety chicken liver parfait, with toast and pickles. Mains follows with three choices: A wild mushroom medley with olive oil pea purée, grilled courgettes and truffled pommes boulangère, pan-seared duck breast with celeriac mash and sauce poivrade, or the quintessential steak frites – a 200g entrecôte (rib-eye) with Café de Paris butter.
To finish, indulge in our signature chocolate profiteroles or silky vanilla bean crème brûlée.
